This Page lists some informations about Candidates who have behaved unprofessionally / unethically /fraudulently  . Strong data has been offered by the participants for each case put here.

For ease of understanding , the Candidate's behavior has been classified as under :

a) UNPROFESSIONAL

For example :
- Lying / misleading on the CV.
- Lying / misleading the Employer/ Third Party Recruiter during their Screening Processes to enhance chances of being shortlisted.
- Not attending the interview when shortlisted, after confirming attendance and not informing relevant personnel well in time about the same.

b) UNETHICAL

For example :
- Accepting an Employment Offer and not joining.
- Leaving a job soon after joining for Greener Pastures.
- Deviating from Agreements entered with the Third Party Recruiter/ Employer.

c) FRAUDULENT / CRIMINAL

For example :
- Behavior which has caused Financial Loss to an Employer/Third Party Recruiter
- Deviating from agreements entered into with the Third Party Recruiter / Employer, leading to financial loss / loss of business goodwill for the Employer / Recruiter
-  Revealing Confidential Information to competitors

The Caution List now follows.........

This list is an ongoing process, based upon concrete inputs offered by Major National Employers and Third Party Recruiters across India. All such participants have agreed to  :
- Document all procedures , events and discussions leading to their putting a Candidate on this list.
- Exercise all caution while considering  any of the Candidates  mentioned here for any possible Career Opportunities with them.
- Caution all their Clients against such candidates, as and when appropriate.
- Keep on circulating such details amongst themselves and their clients so that further damage is minimized and the data is kept as current as possible.
- Give the Listed Candidate all chance to amend their behavior so that they may be taken off this list.
