About Us

GPS Consultants and Associates Private Limited (formerly Goodluck Placement Services (GPS) is a HR consulting firm, formed by professionals and associates who have rich practising skills and competencies.

GPS Consultants and Associates (P) Ltd (GPSC&A) began operations a little over 8 years back as Goodluck Placement Services and during this period has established a name for its professionalism, efficiency and quality. Our strength lies in putting an effective process combined with focused efforts and energies to provide Total Hiring Solutions. As a result, we have successfully placed scores of candidates at various levels from almost all functional areas in renowned organisations.

Fundamentally, GPSC&A operates on the strength of a databank built through selective correspondence and personal interaction with identified candidates. Personal knowledge and evaluation of the candidates are the mainstay of the databank, which is kept current through continuous interaction with the candidates.

However, depending on the nature and needs of specific assignments, recruiting efforts shall also include employment advertisements, walk-in-interviews and search services. To shorten time and efforts at the client-end conduct preliminary interviews and we shortlist candidates.

At GPSC&A, we provide focused hiring solutions depending on the specific needs of various industries. Our clientele comprise of MNCs in the FMCG sector, global consulting organisations, engineering and automobile sectors, financial and banking sectors and possess a distinct reputation in the areas of IT, software, telecom, networking, product development R&D laboratories and EDA/semi-conductor technology industries.

Terms & Conditions

1. Professional charges for our recruiting services will be 12.5% of the total annual remuneration payable to the selected candidate. Our fees become due and are payable immediately after the selected candidate joins the organisation.
   

2. All expenses such as advertisements, communication, and outstation travel, lodging & boarding for which the client shall pay for specific placement assignments, GPSC&A will take prior approval from the client before incurring such expenses.
   

3. In case a candidate hired through GPSC&A voluntarily resigns or is terminated for cause within the first 90 calendar days of employment, GPSC&A will re-fill the position at no additional charges.
