MEMBERSHIP RULES

Who can be a member?

1. The Membership of the Society shall be open to any Government Organisation, Corporate Body, Firm, Sole Proprietor, Trust, Foundation, Society or any Association engaged in the activity of Executive Search.
    
2. The Association shall have the following types of members:
   1. Founder Members: All firms, companies, organizations and corporations which subscribe to the original Memorandum of Association shall be named Founder Members.
       
   2. Organisation Members : All firms, companies, organizations and corporations which subscribe to the objects of the Association shall be eligible for enrolment as Organisation Members.
       
   3. Life Members: Any firm, Company, Organisation, Corporation, Trust or institution shall be eligible for election as Life Members of the association on payment of such amount as may be determined by the committee from time to time.
       
   4. Honorary Members: Individuals who have rendered outstanding services in the field of management may be selected by the Committee to the honorary Membership of the Association. The Members so elected shall have no liability to pay admission fee and annual subscription.
       
3. Companies, Firms and Other Corporate Bodies shall be entitled to be represented respectively by a duly appointed representative.
    
4. The membership in the Society is non transferable.

Method to become a Member

Persons satisfying the criteria given above and desiring to enroll themselves as Members shall apply for membership to the Board of Governors of the Society on the prescribed form with such fees as may be prescribed. An applicant may be enrolled as a Member only if his/her/its application is approved by the Board of Governors of the Society.

Subscription / Fees

Every member shall have to pay the admission fee at the time of becoming a member. Subsequently the subscription fee shall be regularly payable at such intervals as determined by the Board of Governors from time to time. Board of Governors may also change the quantum of admission fees/ subscription fees as deemed fit by them from time to time.

1. A Founder Member shall pay an Admission Fee of Rs 500 and Annual subscription of Rs 1000.
    
2. An Organisation Member shall pay an Admission Fee of Rs 1,000 and Annual subscription of Rs 1,000.
    
3. A Life member shall pay an Admission Fee of Rs 1,000 and a one time fee of Rs 10,000.
