AIM &
OBJECTS
The
aims & objects of the Society for which it is established
are as under :
- To
promote the development of sound management by cultivating
an understanding and appreciation of sound management
philosophy and principles.
- To
generate a spirit of partnership, mutual trust and
confidence within the members of the Executive Search
community by networking.
- To
provide facilities for exchange of opinion and views on
Executive Search techniques, practices and trends and for
stimulating thought and effort in developing right solutions
to management problems through talks, lectures, conferences
seminars, films, displays, exhibitions, company visits and
training courses.
- To
co-operate with industrial, business, educational and
research institutions and other organizations in the
collection and exchange of information pertaining to
Executive Search practices.
- To
collaborate and co-operate with other management
associations or similar institutions in India and abroad in
the task of advancing the aims and objects of the
Association and to grant affiliations to groups and bodies
having similar aims and objects and also getting itself
affiliated to any similar national and international body,
if considered necessary.
- To
undertake studies, surveys and research projects.
- To
publish literature on Executive Search techniques, industry
trends and its overall development.
- To
do all such other deeds and things either alone or in
conjunction with other as are incidental or conducive to the
attainment of the objects of the Society.
- To
accept contributions, grants, aids and donations in cash
and/or kind from individuals, Joint Stock Companies, Firms,
Trusts and Foundations, state and Central Governments and
any other bodies, to the Society for the capital expenses as
well as to form income to meet recurring and incidental
expenses concerning the aims and objects of the Society or
for any specific purpose.
- To
borrow money from any Financial Institution, Member,
individual, Joint Stock Company, Firm, Trust and Foundation,
State and / or Central Government and any other bodies for
meeting any capital / revenue expenses with or without
interest.
- To
acquire by purchase or otherwise any moveable or immovable
properties including any pieces or parcels of land or built
properties of any kind for the use of the Society, for the
fulfilment of its objectives.
- To
manage, sell, transfer, let-out by way of lease, licence, or
otherwise dispose off or deal with the assets / properties
of any kind both moveable and immovable, belonging to the
Society.
- To
enter into any agreement with any other Society, Foundation
or any other party having any legal entity or any individual
for the purposes of the Society.
- To
donate and/or contribute funds or amount or amounts for the
attainment of objects of the society, to any other person,
Government, Trust, Society, Association or Body Corporate
whether engaged in similar / allied objects or not.
- That
this Society is a charitable one and has not been started
with a view to earn any profits. All income of the Society
shall be utilised towards the promotion of the aims and
objects of the Society.
- All
the income, earnings, moveable/ immovable properties of the
Society shall be solely utilised and applied towards the
promotion of its aims and objects as set forth in the
Memorandum of Association and no profits of the Society
shall be paid or transferred directly or indirectly by way
of dividends , bonus, profits or in any manner whatsoever to
the present or past members of the Society or to any person
claiming through anyone or more of the present or the past
members. No member of the society shall have any personal
claim on any moveable or immovable properties of the society
or make any profits, whatsoever, directly or indirectly, by
virtue of his / her membership.
